the new Kraft food & family magazine arrived in the mail today. Of course, that inspired me to do a little baking. The only problem is that since it’s a nice, sunny day, I already decided to start the oven self-cleaning cycle. So, here I sit. Staring at this picture of amazing Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Babies. They look so easy to make. Here’s the recipe:
Heat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a brownie mix (your favorite will do). Spoon it into lined muffin cups. In a separate bowl, beat one 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla until blended. Spoon 1 rounded Tbsp. into the center of batter in each cup. Press it lightly into the batter. Bake 30 minutes or until centers set. Cool, then top with Cool Whip.
